The product

One place to run a hire, from the first approval to the new joiner.

Kasauti is an applicant tracking system, an assessment studio, a communication hub and a compliance centre in one, built for teams of ten to five hundred people who hire a few roles a year.

The hire, end to end

Every stage can close a candidate out with a notice.

  1. Requisition

Job templates, must-have and nice-to-have criteria, a scoring rubric written before any CV is read, an optional approval step, and an AI job description writer with an inclusive-language check.

  2. Publish

A hosted careers page per organisation with your branding, share links and post text. The jurisdiction pack adds the right AI-use and privacy notices.

  3. Apply

A mobile-first form with CV upload and parsing, LinkedIn address, screening questions, consent where needed, an adjustment request, and an instant acknowledgement. Knockout questions only for objective, stated requirements, and the recruiter sees everyone knocked out.

  4. Screen

AI summarises each application against the rubric with quotes from the CV. The recruiter sorts into yes, maybe and no. Blind review hides name, photo, age and gender markers, nationality and university.

  5. Assess

A timed test built in the Assessment Studio, with knowledge, review-the-AI, prompt-and-verify, scenario and practical questions. One attempt, expiring links, extra time on request.

  6. Interview

Calendar integration, candidate self-scheduling, interview kits, structured scorecards scored independently, and live follow-up questions generated from the candidate's own test answers.

  7. DecideThe one human decision gate

The decision room: shortlisted candidates side by side against the rubric, a required reason, an approval chain where you want one, and a decision record.

  8. Offer and handoff

Offer templates, e-signature, and handoff to your HR or payroll system through the API.

  9. Not progressed

A respectful notice, optional talent-pool consent, and the retention clock starts.

Rules that hold everywhere

Behaviours the product keeps across every module.

  • Every email to a candidate goes to exactly one recipient. No feature can put two candidates on the same message.
  • Every AI output is labelled as AI, shows what it was based on, and can be edited or dismissed. Nothing AI-generated is sent to a candidate without a person clicking send, except the fixed acknowledgement.
  • Bulk actions that change a candidate's status show the list, need confirmation, and log each change per candidate with the acting person.
  • Reviewers cannot see other reviewers' scores until they have submitted their own, so nobody anchors on a colleague.
  • Blind review can be switched on for screening and scoring.
  • Candidates can request a human review of any stage; the request must be answered before the job closes.
