Apply in minutes
A short form: your details, your CV, a few questions, and the notices for where you live, in plain language. You get an acknowledgement straight away.
See where you are
A status page shows your stage, what comes next and honest timelines. No dead ends.
Take the test on your terms
One question at a time, a visible clock, answers saved as you type, and a dropped connection resumes where you were. AI is allowed, the assistant is in the test, and you are told it is recorded.
Ask for an adjustment
Extra time or a different format on request. Nobody asks you why, and the reason is never recorded.
Interview
Structured, scored independently by each interviewer, with questions that build on your own answers.
The outcome
A named person decides, with a reason on the record. If it is not this time, the notice is kind, says what happens to your data, and lets you ask for a human review.
No surveillance
What is never done to you.
- No webcam proctoring, no face matching, no voice or emotion analysis.
- No "AI-written text" detectors used as evidence against you.
- No guessing about your personality, health, religion, ethnicity, age or any other protected trait.
- No scraping of your social media, and no data bought about you.
- No rejection by a score, a keyword filter or a model. Only a person can decide, and they must give a reason.

See and download
Everything held about you, in plain form, from your own portal.
Correct and delete
Fix what is wrong, or delete your data. Deletion removes your CV, your answers and the emails sent to you.
Withdraw and object
Withdraw consent at any time, and object to automated processing. Withdrawal takes effect across the system within minutes.
A human review
Ask for a person to review any stage. The request must be answered before the job closes.
Notices come in your language where the law asks for it: Arabic, Hindi and English, with full right-to-left layout. Unsuccessful candidates' data is deleted automatically after the period the organisation sets, unless you ask to stay in a talent pool.
A tip
Your LinkedIn profile makes a fine CV.
On LinkedIn, open your profile, choose More, then Save to PDF, and upload that file. Kasauti reads it like any other CV. Nothing is ever fetched from LinkedIn for you or about you.
